Vice-Rector for Economics and Development
Born on the 4th of April 1971. Studied in Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University received a degree of Mechanical Engineer (1993). Also studied in Volzhskiy State Pedagogical and Engineer University received a degree in Management (2009).
PhD thesis in “Training of a competitive expert in Economics”. The thesis was accepted on the 2nd of March 2011.
Research interests include Pedagogy, Management in the spheres of improving accounting, infrastructure, and payment. Author of more than 30 scientific works, including monographs and articles on Pedagogy, Educational Systems prognosis, and Economical Management.
From 2016 to 2019 was employed as a Vice-Rector on Economics and Development in “Kuzma Minin Nizhniy Novgorod State Pedagogical University”. Since 3r of March 2018 employed as Acting Deputy Vice-Rector at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University.
Since 2016 is a Member of the Working Group in Methodology of Infrastructural Management of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
