The programme trains highly qualified research and academic staff specializing in economics and business administration, innovation management, business forecasts, and business economics.
The programme helps PhD student to develop professional and personal qualities required for conducting relevant research facilitating social and cultural progress. Postgraduate study involves the interconnection of research and teacher training. A significant place is given to research. The main courses taught by the program are aimed at studying the issues of strategic management of the development of regional systems, developing the theory and methodology of scientific research, studying the features of the application of economic and mathematical methods in scientific research.
