Prof. Dr. Alexander Fedorov presented a model of “Admiral Makarov” frigate and letters of appreciation to Rear Admiral Vyacheslav Sitnik, the Head of the BNI, and to Capitan Yuri Gorin, the Deputy Chief Officer of the BNI Political-Military Affairs.
Prof. Dr. Alexander Fedorov:

Admiral Makarov is a frigate of the Admiral Grigorovich class of the Russian Navy. She was laid down at the Yantar Shipyard in Kaliningrad on 29th of February, 2012, the construction was finished on the 2nd of September, 2015. The ship was commissioned to the Russian Navy in 2017.
