Enrollment on “Russian and Eurasian (EAEU) Law” MA programme will start this year.
Prof. Vadim Voynikov, Executive Director of the International Academy of Law, Head of the programme said:
“The program is designed for a fairly wide audience. Firstly, these are international students who want to get an education in Russian law and EEU law. Secondly, these are Russian students who are interested in getting an education in English.”
According to him, international students from all countries, including from neighboring countries are welcome to study in Russia. All graduates will receive a state-recognized diploma.
The professor added:
"Our foreign partners are very interested in Russian law and in the EEU law and this is the "catchy thing" of our program. There are very few universities offering educational programs in the law of the Eurasian Economic Union. This is a new but very dynamically developing organization. The new programme provides international students with a lot of opportunities. And in the framework of the programme we also offer term-long courses for international students who want to expand their knowledge of Russian and EEU Law”.
The programme graduates will have very favorable job prospects
According to prof. Vadim Voynikov, some of the programme courses will be taught online:
“Because of the current situation with the pandemic students will be required to take distance-learning courses. But we would like most courses to be done in a face-to-face mode”.
The professor also added:
“Some of the programme courses will be taught by employees of the Russian state administration, EEU court, and other international organizations”.
English-speaking IKBFU professors and professors from Germany and Poland will also teach the programme's courses.
