Business Development in Multicultural Environment: Perspective from Russia

Duration: 1 semester

Academic Load: 30 ECTS

Application deadline: 30 January

Description: This module is multidisciplinary and aims at developing such competences as critical thinking, complex problem solving and decision making, human resources management, complex vision of the organization structure, emotional intelligence, cross-cultural competence, agility. These competences are of high priority for a manager in multicultural environment to successfully develop business. The Module includes 5 study sections, internship, and a final project.

As soon as you find the desired programme/ course, you will need to prepare the following documents:

  1. Motivation letter (please, describe why you would like to come to IKBFU and what you are planning to study/ research here);

  2. For studentsLearning Agreement (you can get the list of courses by contacting us; the list of courses in English can be downloaded here); For PhD students: Research Plan (Calendar Plan of your Research Activities at IKBFU)

  3. Filled in application form;

  4. Filled in visa application;

  5. Copy of the main page of the travel passport (the one with a photo);

  6. Copy of a student card/ certificate proving enrollment at Home University.
