Prof. Dr Mark Entin is a professor at the IKBFU, head of the Department of European law, Director of the Institute of European Law at MGIMO University, Russian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Luxembourg (2012 – 2016), Director of the European Studies Institute at MGIMO University (2002 – 2012), deputy head of the Permanent Russian Representation to the Council of Europe (1998 – 2002), 1st deputy head of the Department on European Cooperation of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1994 – 1998).
