Programme Information
The program is designed for those willing to learn by doing, manage their personal/ professional careers and create own business projects in teams of innovators, to become change agents with global mindset. We create conditions with and for students to develop professional and personal competences in the fields of international, social, start up entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.

Courses & Study Load
Workload: 120 ECTS credits

The program offers advanced applied training in teampreneurship and management. The general disciplines include business models and strategic change management, research methods in management, corporate finances and investment business projects, brand management and cross-cultural management. The elective disciplines further students’ knowledge and skills in leadership, innovation project management, agile and scrum approaches in business processes.
Professional Training / Internships

The program offers unique professional training and internships for students within the Bridge subprogram, which entails internship and academic training in an international cohort of students from I. Kant BFU, Russia; Wenzao University, Taiwan; and International Business School Lille, France.

We also have  partnership with the Grenoble Alps University, Grenoble, France and JAMK, Finland.

Our partners for students’ professional training and internships are: Thomson Reuters, Simens Finance, Active. Domains, KODE, Darvin, etc.

Career Opportunities

Having completed the program, graduates acquire global mindset, along with theoretical knowledge, practical skills and research methods in management and teampreneurship.  They are capable of starting their own business, producing innovative business solutions, as well as creating innovative projects within companies and businesses.   Graduates create their own jobs as change agents and/or are employed at public and private organizations as heads of departments, project team leaders, etc.

Admission & Tuition

To be enrolled in the program, applicants are required to take the following exams:

  • Oral and written Interview/cases in the chosen field of study (100 points maximum)

  • Foreign language (a pass or fail test)

We also accept international certificates of proficiency in English

Cambridge exam: PET, FCE, CAE, CPE; IELTS; TOEFL
