Programme Information
The programme is designed to equip students for legislative practice. Graduates will be able to contribute to regional and municipal regulations. The Programme focuses on different aspects of the legislative process.
The Programmes aims to train qualified lawyers equipped for working at public agencies and municipalities.
Advantages of the Programme: courses are taught by experienced lawyers – a judge of the Kaliningrad Regional Constitutional Court, the head of the Legal Department of Kaliningrad Regional Duma, the head of the Department for Corruption and Other Crime Prevention of the Kaliningrad Regional Government, and others.
Upon completing the programme, you will be able to:

prepare regulations and legal documents;

provide legal assistance and advice;

carry out legal examination of regulations;

make and justify deicsions in line with statutory duties and take actions to ensure legal norm implementation.

Admission & Tuition
To enter a Master's programme applicants are required to take the following exams:

Constitutional law of the Russian Federation
