Strategies and tools of management are undergoing rapid changes both in Russia and abroad. The programme aims to develop the skills of effective management of information and documentary resources, the ability to keep record of management activities and to efficiently control documentation resources both in Russia and abroad.
The goal of the programme is to train professionals in documentation management and archival work capable of working both in Russia and abroad.

The degree programme includes a number of courses: introduction to document management; legal framework in document processing; documentation management; research; foreign languages.
Professional Training / Internship
Students of the programme can have their internship in the Laboratory of Document Communications, Office of the Federal Migration Service of Russia in the Kaliningrad region, the Investigation Department of the Investigation Committee at the Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation in the Kaliningrad region, Kaliningrad Regional Duma, the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Kaliningrad region.
Professional Training / Internships
Graduates of the programme can be employed by public and local authorities. They can perform managerial tasks both in Russian and foreign language. They can provide a wide range of archival and documentation services working in engineering, design, research, health institutions, archives, libraries, museums and law enforcement agencies, in a variety of administrative services and departments of commercial and non-profit organizations.
Admission & Tuition
To enter a Master's programme applicants are required to take the following exams:
Written exam (or a test) in the chosen field of study (100 points maximum)
Foreign language (a pass or fail test)
We also accept international certificates of proficiency in English
Cambridge exam: PET, FCE, CAE, CPE; IELTS; TOEFL or
German: Goethe-Zertifikat A2, Goethe-Zertifikat Fit in Deutsch, Goethe-Zertifikat B1 / B2 , -Goethe-Zertifikat C1, Goethe-Zertifikat C2: GDS, test DaF, DSD B2 / C1, - telc A2 / B1 / C1 / C2, -ÖSD, -DSH.
